A Heart of Gratitude
for Southwest Florida

We’re dedicated to making Southwest Florida beautiful through our work, but we also believe in the many ministries in our community serving people for which is there is no “market”. We’ve picked a small handful of organizations to support, and we’ve gone all it.

Volunteering is not a new thing at Brooks & Freund. Throughout the year, we get together to show our support to various charitable organizations, such as Make-A-Wish Foundation, Harry Chapin Food Bank, and Habitat for Humanity, among others. We encourage our business partners and our associates to do the same. Brooks & Freund is proud to do its part in the community.

Boulevard Apartments

A sprawling 260 unit apartment complex, clubhouse and associated sitework. A one of a kind property in the SWFL market.

Hogan Plaza

Building 100 and Building 500, 8 Dumpster Enclosures, and Sitework with a total air conditioned SF of 22,793.

The Reef Student Housing

Construction of a 168 student living apartments, a 7,000 sq ft clubhouse, amenities and related site work and landscaping.

Outdoor Storage

RV and Boat storage facility located in Southwest FL, designed and built with features to properly store vehicles. Built to withstand hurricanes, flooding and other natural disasters.

Emerson Village

324 Unit Apartment Complex consisting of 12 Apartment Buildings, 6 Detached Garages, Clubhouse, Maintenance Building, Trash Enclosure, Site Amenities, and Site Work

Casa San Juan Bosco

Construction of 26 – 3 bedroom single family units, 18 – 4 bedroom single family units (3 handicap units included), and a 1,600 SF community center, with related site work

Renaissance Preserve Phase IV

This project includes construction of 9 buildings with a total of 72 Units, Including site work, utilities and landscaping.

Veranda’s Phase I

New construction of a 60 unit senior apartment building and dumpster enclosure with all associated site work, utilities, and landscaping.

Estero Oaks

This project includes construction of a 280 unit Apartment complex, with clubhouse, amenities and related site work and landscaping.

Orchard Run

This project consists of the following buildings: (2) type 1 4‐story apartment buildings, (1) type 2 4‐story apartment buidlings, (1) type 3 2‐story apartment building, (1) type 4 2‐story apartment building, (4) 5 bay garages, (1) 5 bay accessible garage, (3) 6 bay accessible garage, (2) 8 bay accessible garages, (1) clubhouse, (1) mail kiosk, (1) maintenance building, (1) maintenance facility, (6) pool cabanas, (2) trash compactors, pool/spa, site work and utilities.
