New construction of a one-story, 58,072 square foot, assisted living facility in Fort Myers. The facility houses 109 residents in private rooms with 4 different apartment layouts: 65 assisted living and 44 Alzheimer’s residents. Community features include ballroom, movie theater, card room, beauty & barber shop, nurses stations, courtyard and dining hall and all associated landscaping improvements. Apartment features include commercial kitchens, walk-in showers, motion sensor lighting, pocket doors, and premium courtyard views.
