Renovation of a 150 acre site in Sarasota and construction of the new water reclaim and public recreation area. This project includes offsite roadwork, underground utilities, and containment of contaminated fill within a 28-acre, 85-foot tall engineered mound totaling over 1,000,000 cubic yards.
