1. Qualifications
Subcontractors must be licensed and insured in the state of Florida and have the appropriate manpower to handle the workload of new construction projects.
2. Selection
Subcontractor selections per project come down not only to final pricing but that full understanding of the project and scope of their trade is accurately depicted in their proposals and knowledge of the project.

4. Typical Project Timelines
12-24 Months depending on the size of the project. The duration will be listed in each Invitation to Bid (ITB).
5. New Contractors
Yes, we work with new contractors and are eager to add more to our trusted subcontractor list! We ask then when you submit your first proposal to us, you include your professional references from other GC’s and Developers and include your project portfolio.
