Starting with Brooks & Freund has been a great opportunity for me coming from a superintendent role and being given a project management position. B&F saw the value and relevance of my experience and how it could be applied to a different role and invested the time and energy into helping me grow into the new role as a Project Manager. You get the best of both worlds at B&F.
