Demolition of the formerly known Palmetto Court, and the new construction of four apartment buildings consisting of 86 units in Fort Myers. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, island eat-in kitchens, trash compactors, and playground for the Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers. Project required 30% MBE participation and we managed to have 53.8% participation.
