Design-Build for the renovation of a 50,000 SF former equipment supply company’s sales office/warehouse.   The building was transformed into a corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility.  Highlights of the project included the air conditioning of the 35,000 SF shop area using two air rotation units, providing 110 tons of cooling.  Other features of the manufacturing area included an epoxy floor system, jib crane, bridge crane, and an indoor paint booth.  Construction of this was completed in three months.
