Delivery by Design is a 43,127-square-foot tenant buildout located within Premier Airport Park in Fort Myers, Florida, designed to support efficient commercial and warehouse operations. The project included 958 square feet of air-conditioned office space integrated with the larger facility to provide a functional workspace for administrative and operational staff. The buildout focused on creating an efficient layout that supports day-to-day business operations while maximizing the usability of the interior space. By combining warehouse functionality with dedicated office space, the project delivers a practical and well-organized environment tailored to the tenant’s needs.
