Diversified Yacht Services is a commercial marine service facility located in Fort Myers Beach, Florida, developed following the demolition of the marina and boat storage facility that had long occupied the mainland entrance to Matanzas Bridge. The project includes a 50,000-square-foot large-vessel service facility and a 10,000-square-foot harbormaster outpost designed to support a wide range of marine operations. The service facility features indoor and outdoor paint booths, a 150-ton travel lift, full waterside fueling capabilities, and an 80-foot-tall structure that accommodates vessels up to 110 feet in length while being engineered to withstand winds of up to 150 mph. As the first facility of its kind on Florida’s Gulf Coast, the development expanded the region’s capacity to service large recreational and commercial vessels.
