Fast Trax is a two-story entertainment center in Fort Myers, Florida, developed as a shell building designed to support future interior build-out and customization. The project includes a 65,083-square-foot structure that provides flexible space for a variety of entertainment and recreational uses, along with a dedicated trash and recycling enclosure to support day-to-day operations. By delivering a completed shell structure, the development
establishes a strong foundation for future tenant improvements while contributing new commercial and entertainment space to the surrounding community.
