Grand Central Apartments is a 64-unit senior housing community located in Arcadia, Florida, developed in two phases to provide comfortable and accessible housing for older adults. Each phase includes 32 apartment homes across eight quadraplex buildings, creating a thoughtfully planned residential community designed to support independent living. Phase I also features a 1,000-square-foot community center that provides a shared space for resident activities, gatherings, and services. The project included all associated site work, creating a cohesive neighborhood that combines quality housing with amenities designed to encourage connection, convenience, and a strong sense of community.
