Hogan Plaza

Hogan Plaza is a multi-building commercial retail development in Naples, Florida, completed in two phases to provide flexible space for a variety of businesses. The project includes five buildings with a mix of one- and two-story layouts, offering multiple tenant spaces ranging from individual suites to larger single-tenant occupancy. Building #200 features a two-story, 23,186-square-foot layout with elevator access, while Buildings #300 and #400 include additional retail suites, including a drive-thru location. Buildings #100 and #500 were constructed using pre-engineered metal building systems with masonry exteriors and provide additional multi-tenant commercial space. Completed with vanilla shell, grey box, and tenant-ready configurations, the development also includes associated site work, utilities, paving, hardscape, landscaping, and trash enclosures, creating a well-planned retail destination that accommodates a diverse range of commercial uses.
