Nordstrom Rack

Nordstrom Rack is a 31,710-square-foot tenant and shell buildout located at Bell Tower Shops in Fort Myers, Florida, developed within an existing standalone building to create a modern retail shopping destination. The project transformed the space into a fully functional store through comprehensive tenant improvements and shell construction completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications. The interior was designed to support efficient retail operations while providing an organized and welcoming shopping experience for customers. Originally founded as a small shoe store in Seattle in 1901, Nordstrom has grown into a nationally recognized retailer, making this buildout part of the continued expansion of one of the country’s most established retail brands.
