The Venetian Walk phase II is a 62+ senior community project we developed with the Pinellas Heights Housing Authority. It has the convenience of being close to downtown for shopping and dining and a 10-mile Venetian Waterway park/trail to keep seniors active. This apartment project earned the prestigious LEED Gold-Certification, one of the earliest affordable housing projects in the state of Florida to earn the certification. The community consists of 52 units which are contained in (01) four-story midrise buildings. Each unit has a fully equipped, energy-efficient kitchen featuring granite counter tops, private balconies, and 24-hour emergency systems. The community includes a clubhouse, library and covered picnic area.
