Waste Management Medley

Waste Management–Medley is a 37,200-square-foot commercial operations facility located in Medley, Florida, designed to support fleet maintenance, fueling, training, and day-to-day business operations. The facility includes 12 service bays, a truck wash, natural gas and diesel fueling stations, two break rooms, two large training rooms, a sales office, scheduling office, eight manager offices, and a dedicated dispatch room to accommodate a wide range of operational needs. The project also included a parking lot and associated site work, creating a well-organized property that supports efficient workflow, employee collaboration, and the ongoing demands of commercial fleet operations.
