The West End at City Walk is an elevated lifestyle residential community located on the west end of downtown Ft. Myers and was one of the first buildings to help transform the downtown redevelopment area. The community was one of the first mixed-use projects in this area. The development features 04 and 05 story buildings with 318 upscale units and about 10,000 square feet of commercial space. The community features amenities including a heated saltwater pool, multiple outdoor kitchens, fitness center, e-lounge, pet spa and coworking spaces.
Owners and designers envisioned a community that was walkable to downtown but also a place where residents could live, work and relax all in one thoughtfully designed space.
